A member of the European Union,  Bulgaria is still one of the most marvelous unknown stories of Europe.

Bulgaria is a fascinating combination between high mountains and sandy beaches. The country steadily unveals the secrets of great civilizations which flourished here – Thracians, Ancient Greeks, Macedonians, Romans, Byzantines and Bulgarians. Historians may tell you a number of reasons for their interest in the lands of what is nowadays Bulgaria, but the main reasons for the people who come to settle here seem obvious– mild sunny climate with four clearly divided seasons and incredible natural scenery.

Present day Bulgaria is more important than history. Modern Bulgarians are joyful and hospitable people.  The country is boiling with varoius music and cultural activities, its streets are famous for the abundance of coffee bars and restaurants for everyone‘s taste. Speaking about taste we should add that the produce of Bulgaria, mainly biological, is famous of its excellent taste. The Bulgarian cuisine is a mirror of the centuries of history and represents a curious mixture of different culinary cultures. Since the Illiad of Homerus, the wine of this land belongs to the best in the world.
 

On the economic side it is notable that Bulgaria is one of the fastest growing economies in Europe with over 6% annual growth. One of the most rapidly developing sectors is the sector of services and namely tourism. The investment in real estate is attractive because the prices are lagging far behind the levels of the same kind of property elsewhere in Europe. The country offers security for the investment as it is a member of both the European Union and NATO. The number of tourists visiting the Black Sea or the Pirin mountains is soaring by each year, which contributes to the high rentability of the investment made in Bulgaria. The Bulgarian currency - the Lev is pegged to the Euro by law. The Bulgarian banking system is reliable and stable and the banks are quite flexible in loans and mortgages.
 
Bulgaria is situated in the SouthEast part of Europe. It has a fundamentaly good infrastructure which is quickly improving in the last years to be compatible with all European standards. Its well connected newly built or renovated airports of Sofia, Varna, Burgas and Plovdiv are the fastest way to get to the country.
