Our history

Our company is a family-owned business operating from Bansko, Bulgaria, dealing with real estate and property-consultancy. 

We revived our family-company which was successfuly doing business in the region and in Europe since the 17-th century. At that time Bansko was in the Ottoman empire. Our predecessor German Gole founded a trading house, which prospered in trade with different merchandise, but mainly cotton and poppy seed for household use with Vienna, Venice, Dresden, Leipzig, Belgrade and Thessaloniki. In the beginning of the 19-th century Lazar German donated a land plot and a substantial part of his wealth for the building of the famous Bansko church and another became a famous Serbian diplomat and set up different companies in Austria, Serbia and Romania. Later on the family business switched to trade with tobacco, cheese production and commodity store, before being closed during communism.    

Before starting our own company we worked in the area of diplomacy and foreign investments and we decided to use our knowledge and experiences to successfuly take up again our  family's business tradition.
